My name's Riley, and I am a lifelong music lover and musician. Over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to work with some excellent bands, strengthening my passion for live, local music.

In October 2024, I started my next journey: studying for a Level 5 Journalist degree apprenticeship with Bauer Academy, with a keen eye for music journalism. 

 

This blog is not only a way for me to showcase my journalism and written pieces, but also a chance for me to give back to some of the bands and artists that have helped me grow as a musician. A good community is the pillar of any good music scene, and here is no different. I look forward to nerding out and supporting the music I love, and I hope you find something in common.
