Swedish metal band GHOST have announced today (12th May) a new film, set to release in August in cinemas and IMAX. The announcement was paired with a short video teasing the glittery mask of the band's frontman, Papa V Perpetua.
This marks Ghost's second foray into the world of feature films, serving as a sequel of sorts to 2024's Rite Here, Rite Now, which combined narrative segments with concert footage from the band's 'Imperatour'.
It was revealed last year that Ghost filmed their Mexico dates of the Skeletour, which will likely feature in this film.
Details on the title and plot (if there is any), and release countries are not yet known.
The band have collaborated with Trafalgar Releasing for the release, who recently worked on career spanning Iron Maiden documentary "Burning Ambition".
