The setlist is a blistering mix of the aforementioned album and tracks from Bayley's tenure in Maiden - an acoustic rendition of often forgotten 'X Factor' track "2 AM" surprises the most - and Bayley very much has the crowd in his palm. His gratefulness and appreciation is worn on his sleeve, smiling throughout and clearly having a great time. One thing is clear, this is Blaze Bayley at his absolute strongest.

"Ophelia" sees guitarist Andrew Bate and vocalist Chloe Gorman return with a gentler, somewhat more sombre track. The track is built around Bate's clean, reverberating guitar, with soothing vocal melodies floating over the top. A crescendo towards the end sees the guitar dip into slightly more distorted tones, but this is merely a narrative tool, aiding the lyrics as the emotion builds.

Following on from fan favourite track "Pressure Cooker", Los Angeles' MILITARIE GUN and Richmond's DAZY have once again teamed up to deliver "Tall People Don't Live Long", an undeniably catchy blend of hip hop and alternative. The release is backed by an equally striking video, directed by Militarie Gun's own Ian Shelton.

A slow, foreboding riff leads the way with opener "Purgatory". Sinister and melodic in equal measure, the track prides itself on the atmosphere created. It's almost impossible to not move your head in time with the breakdown near the end, gradually slowing down but still grabbing you with force.

Newcastle based HEADCOUNT burst on to the scene at the start of the year with debut track "POWERTRIP", accompanied by a suitably gnarly lyric video. With follow up "Persistence", the band have solidified themselves as one to watch, securing spots at Metal 2 The Masses and sharing the stage with bands like Earthbound.
